Yes. Orders over £40 qualify for free shipping.
Why is my tracking not updating?
If your tracking number is not updating, it may be because the carrier has not yet scanned or processed the parcel. This usually takes 1–2 days.
If the tracking status does not change after this period, please contact us and we will look into it for you to ensure nothing has gone wrong during transit.
How long will it take to receive my products?
Our nail artists typically take 2–4 business days to create and dispatch your press-on nails.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, and the carrier will provide an estimated timeframe once the parcel is in transit. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size. We kindly encourage you to carefully review your order and select your sizes according to our Size Guide before completing your purchase.
However, for customers in Europe, you are entitled to a 14-day unconditional return period in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
