Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item(s) within a further 4 days after informing us.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
General Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails and related beauty products cannot be returned if opened or used.
- Returns must be shipped back within the allowed return period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used press-on nails
- Accessories (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cloudiynails.com with photos.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is approved (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@cloudiynails.com with your order number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back within the required timeframe
Please ensure your return is shipped on time to remain eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days
- It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or PayPal to process the refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different style, size, or design, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Customs Fees & Duties
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- We are unable to modify orders once they are in transit or held by customs
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or service in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of our return policy.
