Domestic Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or postal disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Providers
We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri (formerly Hermes), or DPD for domestic shipments. If you have a preference, please let us know when placing your order.
Delivery Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at info@cloudiy.store with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
