Return Policy

We hope you love your ClouDIY Nails purchase. Eligible returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used press-on nails cannot be returned. EU customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
